all mine

the kids are finally getting old enough to understand mother's day.  so sweet.  they had been asking for days when would mother's day be here.  this morning i had breakfast in bed with lots of flowers and home made cards.  it was a beautiful day and i am grateful.

last night they wanted to go up to the flowers where i shot the last post.  how could i not oblige? off we went to look for snakes and bunnies.  found a bunny or two...and thankfully no snakes.  the first shot is generally my location in relation to them running ahead....and the last was after they hid in the tall grass waiting to scare me...since i had gotten so far behind. was able to catch the moment because i saw j's head pop up a few seconds earlier.  :)

hope all you mom's out there had a beautiful loving day.  xo
